W.D. Concord West is working on the construction of a boutique hotel on Zeleni Venac, in Jug Bogdanova. In its 3,400 m2, in addition to 38 rooms, the hotel will have a restaurant, bar, spa with pool, space for meetings and conferences, as well as an underground garage. 6 underground and 8 above-ground floors (6Po + P + 6 + Ps) are planned, but as it is a sloping terrain, most of the ground floor will be underground. In addition to very high quality materialization, green finishing of the roof terrace is also planned.
